Jennifer Joyner

Jennifer Joyner, MSL, currently serves as the Director of the Smith Institute for Research, Career Development & Post-Graduate Readiness at Johnson C. Smith University, a position held since May 2021. Concurrently, Jennifer is the Principal Designer and Co-founder of Kurated Noire Interiors & Gallery, specializing in fine art, interior design, and real estate staging since June 2020. With extensive experience at South Piedmont Community College since February 2014, Jennifer has held roles from Apprenticeship Coordinator to Executive Director of Apprenticeships, focusing on building partnerships with local manufacturing firms. Previous roles include Career Coaching Manager at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont and various supervisory positions at Vanguard and United Way of Central Carolinas. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management & Leadership from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Belmont Abbey College.
