Richard Ellis has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Regents at South Plains College since May 2018, Richard also holds the position of President at Ellis Holdings, LP since September 2011. Additionally, Richard has been the President of the Board of Directors for the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority since October 2006.
