Andrea Mansfield serves as the President and Executive Director of Friendship Home, Inc since February 2017. In addition to this role, Andrea is a Corporator at MountainOne, a Board Member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and a Board Member of the Marshfield Education Foundation. From February 2012 to January 2017, Andrea was the Vice President of Programs at Community Servings, where responsibilities included directing a comprehensive medical nutrition therapy program for 1,650 critically ill clients and overseeing outreach efforts to over 200 health organizations. Prior positions include Director of Residential Services at The May Institute, where oversight included the operations of multiple community-based residences, and Manager of Operations at CAB Health & Recovery, focusing on program quality and licensing compliance. Andrea began their career at The May Institute as an Assistant Program Director, promoting effective service delivery for students with disabilities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Simmons University earned between 1996 and 2000.
