Joseph Gratta serves as the CEO and General Counsel for Atlantic Mechanical and Gratta Property Management & Development, positions held since June 2006. At Atlantic Mechanical, Joseph oversees department heads, facilitates strategy and financial meetings, and has designed a scalable business model to enhance cash flow and brand strategy. Additionally, Joseph is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, contributing to the Housing Committee. Earlier experience includes managing Atlantic Ice Company from 1997 to 2004. Joseph holds a JD/MBA from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
