Kristopher Young

Kristopher Young, PharmD, has extensive experience in pharmacy leadership and operations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Value Based Operations & Performance Improvement and Chief Pharmacy Officer at South Shore Health since May 2005. Previously held roles at South Shore Health include Executive Director of Laboratory Services and Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Nutrition Services. Kristopher also contributed to Vizient, Inc. as Chair and Vice Chair of the Northeast Purchasing Coalition from January 2021 to March 2023. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Pediatric Pharmacist at Yale New Haven Hospital and various roles at Children's Hospital Boston. Kristopher holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and an undergraduate degree from Western New England University.
