Thomas McCarthy

Thomas McCarthy possesses extensive experience in leadership and governance within the healthcare and financial sectors. Since January 2012, Thomas has held multiple roles at South Shore Health, including Chair of the Board of Directors, Vice Chair, and Chair of Governance and Quality, Service & Value, overseeing critical areas throughout the health system. As Managing Partner at KAF Wealth Management since 1998, Thomas has played a significant role in financial advisory services. Additionally, Thomas has served as a Registered Representative at Capital Analysts, Inc. / Lincoln Investment since 1986 and contributed to the South Shore Health Charitable Foundation from 1998 to December 2023 in various capacities including Chair of the Board of Trustees. Academically, Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and a Chartered Financial Consultant designation from The American College of Financial Services.
