David Cullen

David Cullen has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting in 1999 as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Seattle Children's. David later joined the University of Washington School of Nursing as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Additionally, they worked at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center as the Director of HR Business Partners and later as the HR Programs Director. David then moved on to Virginia Mason Medical Center, where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager and Interim Market Director HR. Currently, David is the Human Resources Director at South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue. Throughout their career, David has focused on implementing HR strategies, managing budgets, and increasing employee engagement.
