Heidi Knapton has a diverse work experience in the water industry. Heidi began their career at Severn Trent in 2013 as a Business Leadership Graduate in Customer Care. Heidi then went on to become the Planning and Dispatch Manager before being promoted to the Proactive Network Control Lead. In 2018, Heidi joined South Staffs Water as the Metering Strategy Manager and later took on a secondment as the Metering Strategy and Retail Market Manager. Heidi then became the Head of Customer Operations before assuming their current role as the Director of Customer Delivery.

Heidi Knapton completed their education in a chronological order. Heidi attended Fair Oak Business and Enterprise College from 2003 to 2008, where they attained their GCSE degree.
