Art Meyers

Art Meyers has a extensive and varied work experience in the banking and finance industry. Art started their career as a Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in 1993 and held that position until 1997. Art then worked as a Regional Credit Manager at Commercial Federal Bank from 1998 to 2000. Following that, they joined GE Capital Commercial Finance as a Risk Manager from 2000 to 2004. Meyers then moved to Wells Fargo where they served as the SVP of Risk Management/Asset Management from 2004 to 2009. Art then joined Liberty Bank as the SVP of Credit Services from 2009 to 2019. Their next role was as the President/CEO at Fidelis Advisors from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are the Chief Credit Officer at South Story Bank & Trust, a position they have held since November 2019.

Art Meyers has a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree with a specialization in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Art obtained this degree in 2006. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1992.
