Ashley McCray, MHA, currently serves as the Project Coordinator for the Pipeline for the Advancement of the Healthcare Workforce (PATH Grant Program) at South Suburban College, overseeing budget management, participant tracking, and project evaluation to enhance student engagement in healthcare pathways. Previous experience includes serving as Health Center Administrator at Beloved Community Family Wellness Center, where responsibilities encompassed staff scheduling and patient care management. Prior roles at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center included Practice Manager, Coordinator, and Registrar, where Ashley managed department operations, staff performance, and financial oversight. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Eastern Illinois University.
