Lisa Narrell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management at the University of Denver, where they attended from 2011 to 2013. In December 2015, Lisa obtained a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
