Lisa Narrell

Lisa Narrell has a diverse range of work experience in Human Resources and research. Lisa most recently worked as an HR Director at South Suburban Parks and Recreation, where they administered HR programs and policies and served as a strategic advisor on change management and organizational culture. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Foothills Park & Recreation District, where they handled recruitment, compensation, employee development, and risk management. Lisa also has experience in research, having worked at IESE Business School and as an HR Manager at Northwestern Business College. Lisa Narrell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management at the University of Denver, where they attended from 2011 to 2013. In December 2015, Lisa obtained a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
