Jemma Wells

Jemma Wells possesses extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as the People Services Manager at South Wales Fire and Rescue Service since June 2018. Jemma has held multiple roles within the same organization, including Human Resources Manager and Assistant Employee Relations Manager. Prior to this, Jemma worked at Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council as a Human Resources Officer and Administrator from April 2008 to April 2017. Jemma's earlier career includes positions as a Music Teacher at Cardiff County Council and a Primary School Teacher at Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Music Performance from Cardiff University and a Bachelor's degree in Music, along with a Teaching degree from the University of Reading and CIPD qualifications.
