Arthur Williams

Arthur Williams is currently the Director of Teaching and Learning - Elementary at South Washington County Schools. Prior to this role, Arthur served as a Principal at Middleton Elementary School and Jefferson STEM Elementary in Winona Area Public Schools. Arthur has a background as a Teacher at Bloomington Public Schools and holds a Bachelor of Science in Foundations of Education and a Masters of Education in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota.
