Nilda Rivera-Carrero

Nilda Rivera-Carrero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare support and dental hygiene. Currently serving as a Senior Epic Support Analyst at Southwest Community Health Center Inc. since July 2022, Nilda has successfully completed a full Epic integration, provided support to clinical staff, managed work queues, and trained personnel on EHR workflows. Prior to this role, Nilda worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Soundental and Southwest Community Health Center Inc. from 2006 to 2022.
