Beth Smith is an experienced clinical dietitian with a strong background in dietetics and nutrition. Currently serving as a Clinical Dietitian at South West Healthcare since August 2020, Beth previously held clinical positions at Mercy Health Australia and Western Health, along with a role as a Menu Monitor at Austin Health. Beth began the professional journey at Delaware North, where various roles included Team Leader and I.T Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, both obtained from Deakin University.
