Erin Weston has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and education sectors, including current positions as Program and Systems Administrator and Quality and Education Business Support Officer at South West Healthcare since February 2017. Prior to this, Erin served as Remuneration Manager at Southwest Healthcare from January 2015 to April 2019, and held the role of Return to Work Coordinator at South West Health Care from December 2013 to January 2015. Erin's early career includes serving as Human Resource Coordinator at Brophy Family and Youth Services and as Human Resource Officer at South West Institute of TAFE for eight years. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Sports Science) from Federation University Australia and a Post Graduate in Human Resources from Deakin University.
