Aditi Shah

Aditi Shah currently serves as the NHSE Primary Care Clinical Director for both Dermatology and ENT in London, providing primary care leadership on the HVLC program for ENT. Since April 2020, Aditi has co-led the South West London ENT and Dermatology Network, focusing on resilience and service transformation. Aditi has been with NHS Merton CCG since 2013, holding roles such as Clinical Lead for Planned Care, where leadership has been provided for outpatient and elective service transformation, and Sessional GP, with special interests in women's health and QIPP projects. Previous experience includes positions at the Care Quality Commission as a GP Specialist Advisor and as a Clinical Advisor to the Chief Medical Officer during pivotal public health events. Aditi’s education includes multiple qualifications in general practice and public health from esteemed institutions, underscoring a commitment to clinical excellence and health service improvement.
