Kate Wignall

Kate Wignall is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Head of VCSE Sustainability & Community Partnerships and Head of Patient and Public Engagement at South West London Integrated Care System since October 2022. Previously, Kate held several roles at the London Borough of Hackney from May 2013 to October 2022, including Population Health Programme Manager and Prevention Workstream Programme Manager, playing a vital role in Covid-19 response initiatives. Kate's expertise also includes roles at the Department of Health and Social Care, where support was provided for high-profile policy legislation, and the Black Country Service's Improvement Partnership, focusing on educational attainment. Kate holds an MSc in Global Public Health and Policy from Queen Mary University of London and a BA Hons in Social Policy and Sociology from The University of Sheffield.
