Fiona Parsons

Fiona Parsons has over 20 years of experience in apprenticeship management and recruitment. Currently serving as Apprenticeship and Delivery Lead at South West Water since July 2014, Fiona previously held the position of Employer Account Manager at the National Apprenticeship Service from October 2004 to June 2014, where responsibilities included increasing apprenticeship opportunities and implementing government policies. Earlier roles include Recruitment Manager at Cathedral Appointments and Marketing and Events Manager at Unique Group. Fiona holds a Diploma in Management Studies with a focus on Marketing from the University of the West of England, completed between 1988 and 1990, and attended Regent House Grammar School in Northern Ireland from 1966 to 1973.
