Rob Snape-Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rob has worked as the Head of Customer Engagement at South West Water since 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of National Visitor Journey Manager at the National Trust from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they played a crucial part in developing strategies to mitigate risks and facilitate the reopening of the National Trust during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rob Snape-Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from Anglia Ruskin University from 1991 to 1994. Rob then pursued Army Officer Training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Military and Strategic Leadership. In addition to their educational background, Rob has obtained various certifications, including Building Resilience, Critical Thinking, England Rugby Coaching Award Level 2, Influencing Others, Leading without Formal Authority, Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization, Managing in Difficult Times, Modeling Courageous Leadership: Intelligent Disobedience, and Organizational Learning and Development from LinkedIn in November 2018. Rob also holds the NLP Practitioner certification from The Beyond Partnership, obtained in July 2011. Furthermore, Rob has achieved The Graduateship Award in Coaching Practice from City & Guilds in August 2008 and The Licentiateship Award in Retail Management from City & Guilds in August 2002.
