Steve Wallace has extensive experience in the water utility sector, having worked at South West Water since July 1995. Currently serving as Wholesale Account Manager, Steve focuses on relationship management with Water Retailers and NAVs, as well as overseeing AMR data sharing with third parties. Previous roles include Business Customer Retail Lead and Customer Relationship Manager, where Steve successfully managed key customer relationships and addressed complex queries. Steve's early career involved technical support through the installation of data loggers and assisting customers with billing queries. Additionally, Steve has a commitment to professional development, holding a Level 3 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and educational credentials in Building & Civil Engineering.
