Francine Colgan

Francine Colgan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global mobility and HR services management. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Projects and Senior Manager of HR Services at South32 since June 2019, Francine has successfully delivered HR services across regional teams in APAC, EMEA, and South America, managing areas such as HR administration, payroll, global mobility, and compliance. Prior to South32, Francine held various leadership roles at Monadelphous from December 2008 to June 2019, including Global Mobility Lead, where oversight of expatriate and inpatriate populations was key, and numerous HR service management positions. Francine's career began at Alcoa from 2002 to 2008, focusing on international mobilization and compensation systems. Francine holds a BSc in Psychology and Sociology from Curtin University, a BPsych from Edith Cowan University, and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from Curtin University.
