Mpho Masulubele

Mpho Masulubele is a finance professional with extensive experience in project accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Specialist Finance Controller at South32 since December 2021, Mpho oversees budget reallocations, month-end reporting, project governance reviews, and financial communication within project teams. Prior to this role, Mpho worked at Eskom for over 11 years, holding positions such as Assistant Officer Project Accounting, where responsibilities included managing project numbers, processing recoveries, and conducting project analysis, and Principal Clerk in Accounts Payables, focusing on invoice verification and supplier communications. Mpho's career began in the Government sector with the Department of Public Works, handling accounts payable and property management. Mpho holds a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting from Central University of Technology.
