Sally Roberts

Sally Roberts is an experienced professional in category operations and contract management, currently serving as the Global Manager of Category Operations at South32 since March 2021. In this role, Sally leads a team focused on a wide range of operations, including electrification and modern slavery issues. Prior to this, Sally was the Manager of MServ at Rio Tinto, overseeing the implementation of contract management software and leading various teams. Additional previous roles include Manager of Services Contracts at AngloGold Ashanti, Senior Contracts Specialist at Fortescue Metals Group and Rio Tinto, as well as Contracts Advisor at Gold Fields Ltd. Sally holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Western Australia.
