Scott Flanagan is an experienced manager and engineer specializing in project strategy and performance within the mining industry. Currently serving as Manager of Project Strategy & Performance and previously as Principal Business Evaluations at South32, Scott has expertise in financial and stochastic modeling, valuation methodology, and investment analysis. Notable projects include participation in the Pre-Feasibility Study for Clark (UG Decline - HPMSM) and the Feasibility Study for Taylor (UG Shaft - Zn/Pb/Ag). Prior to South32, Scott held senior roles at Coeur Mining, Inc., where responsibilities included long-range mine planning and cost model management, and at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., focused on production planning and special projects.
