Tafara Chipamaunga

Tafara Chipamaunga has extensive experience in automation and communication within the mining sector, currently serving as the Teleremotes & Communications Coordinator at South32 since May 2021. Previously, Tafara worked as an Automation Specialist at BHP Billiton Cannington and as a Mobile Automation Specialist at South32 Cannington from October 2012 to May 2021. Tafara's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management (2015-2017), a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Employee Engagement from the Australian Institute of Business (2018-2023), and currently pursuing a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at CQUniversity (2024-2026).
