Sunita Selvarajah

Sunita Selvarajah is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Business Partner at Southampton Financial Inc since May 2024. Previously, Sunita held various roles at Onlia from February 2022 to April 2024, including People & Culture Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, and worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ICICI Bank Canada from June 2016 to February 2022. Sunita began the career as a Human Resource Intern at Rouge Valley Health System in 2015 and has experience in customer service roles at multiple organizations. Sunita's education includes a Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification from CPA Canada and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Durham College. Additionally, Sunita holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Ontario Tech University and completed high school at Albert Campbell Collegiate Institute.
