Maddie Ford Frsa

Maddie Ford FRSA is an accomplished professional in ticketing operations and audience experience, currently serving as the Senior Ticketing Operations Manager at Southbank Centre since August 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Ticketing and Audience Experience at Backyard Cinema, and Box Office Manager at Unicorn Theatre, which caters to approximately 90,000 young theatre-goers annually. Experience also encompasses the role of Data and Insight Manager at The Old Vic, contributing critical insights through data analysis for long-scale projects, as well as various positions at Roundhouse Trust, Spektrix Ltd, Simon Drake’s House of Magic, See Tickets, The Arts Theatre, and The Natural History Museum.
