Rachel Lerman has a diverse range of work experience in the performing arts industry.

Rachel started their career in 2011 at the King's Head Theatre, where they served as a Senior Producer. In this role, they produced in-house work and managed relationships with visiting companies. Rachel also oversaw artist development programs such as the new writing program Without Decor and the Flourish opera competition.

In 2014, Rachel joined the Royal Opera House as a Producer. During their tenure, they focused on producing mid-scale operas off the main stage, particularly in the Linbury Theatre. Rachel also managed research and development projects for The Royal Opera.

Most recently, Rachel joined the Southbank Centre in 2019 as the Head of Artistic Rentals and Partnerships. In this position, they oversee artistic rentals across Southbank Centre venues and collaborates with external promoters and partners to deliver artistic events and projects. Rachel also manages relationships with Resident Orchestras and other artistic partners, providing operational frameworks and financial parameters to facilitate cooperation across different departments.
