Raphael Pulman

Raphael Pulman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Raphael is currently working as an IT Applications Lead at Southbank Centre since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Data & CRM Development Manager at Mind from January 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing and developing the data management systems of the mental health charity.

From September 2018 to December 2021, Raphael worked as an MIS Manager at Young Lives vs Cancer, where they supported and developed software applications for the cancer charity. Raphael also managed the strategic development of organizational systems and applications helpdesk.

Before that, Raphael worked as an EMEA Implementation Consultant at MCS Global Ltd from June 2016 to August 2018. Raphael also held the position of an Assistant MIS and Data Manager at Lambeth Academy from August 2015 to June 2016.

Raphael Pulman has also gained experience working as a Database Manager at Fundraising Initiatives France from June 2014 to May 2015 and as an IT Business Support Specialist as an Independent contractor from January 2014 to June 2014. Raphael provided general IT support and Microsoft Office training while working as an Independent contractor.

Prior to this, Raphael worked at Virgin Megastore MENA as a Project Manager from March 2013 to October 2013 and at Virgin Megastore France in various roles. At Virgin Megastore France, they worked as Head of ERP Support from May 2011 to November 2012 and as a Senior International Support Analyst & Training Specialist from January 2009 to April 2011. In these roles, they managed support services, provided training, and was involved in various development projects on the proprietary ELVIS retail ERP system.

Raphael began their career as an IT NVQ Training Specialist at Skills Team in 2007.

Raphael Pulman attended London Metropolitan University from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Hospitality Management, focusing on Hospitality Administration and Management.
