Renata Czinkotai (MCIOF)

Renata Czinkotai has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Renata currently holds the position of Head of Project Funding at Southbank Centre since July 2023.

Prior to that, Renata served as a Board Trustee at Public Law Project. Renata'srole involved improving access to justice, promoting the rule of law, and ensuring fair systems, especially for the most vulnerable in society. Renata joined the company in February 2020 and their tenure is ongoing.

From November 2020 to June 2023, Renata worked as the Head of Business Development at Refugee Action. In this role, they played a crucial part in expanding and improving the organization's services to support refugees.

Renata's experience in grant management includes their role as a Senior Grant Giving Bodies Manager at Sense International from May 2015 to January 2016.

Early in their career, Renata worked at Greenpeace International from May 2011 to April 2015 in various roles such as Project Coordinator for the EU Powershift Energy Project, International Foundations FR Manager, and FR Manager. Renata Czinkotai (MCIOF) obtained their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Master of Arts degrees in Law/History from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Renata then pursued a Master of Philosophy in International Relations at the same university, completing their studies in 1992. In 2009, Renata furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Film Editing from the National Film and Television School, where they studied until 2010.
