Roberta Cestrone

Roberta Cestrone has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Roberta began their career in 2015 at Hobbs London, where they served as an Acting Assistant Manager - Team Leader until 2018. During their time at Hobbs London, they also briefly acted as the Store Manager for the Islington branch, overseeing various responsibilities such as coordinating the End Of Season Sale preparation, managing KPI's, new starter process, visual merchandise, and arranging weekly rotas.

In 2018, Roberta joined Paul Smith as a Supervisor and remained in that role until 2020. Following this, they worked at Generation Success as a Human Resources Administrator from 2020 to 2021.

In 2020, Roberta also joined Fine Food Specialist as a Customer Service Executive and stayed with the company until 2021. Roberta then moved on to Four Group as a Human Resources Coordinator, holding the position from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Roberta is serving as a People Administrator at Southbank Centre since July 2022. Roberta will transition to the role of People Officer in April 2023.

Roberta Cestrone began their education at High school "I.S.I.S.S. Ugo Foscolo" from the year 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the field of Liceo Scientifico, Brocca. In 2018, they pursued further education at City and Islington College and completed a degree in Human Resources Management and Services, earning a CIPD qualification. Additionally, in the same year, they attended a short course in Human Resources Management at City, University of London. In July 2019, Roberta obtained the certification of CIPD Associate from the institution CIPD.
