Eric Vaillancourt is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Southbridge Care Homes since January 2023, Eric previously held the position of Technical Support Analyst at Revera Inc. from July 2008 to January 2023, where contributions were made within the IT department. Prior experience includes roles as a Field Technician for Cimtel Telecommunications from October 2001 to July 2008 and at Bell from June 2000 to September 2001. Eric holds a degree as a Telecommunication Specialist from Cité Collégiale, earned in 2000, and a High School Diploma from Collège Jean-Eudes, completed in 1991.
