Anne Paley is a seasoned professional specializing in behavioral analysis and developmental services, currently serving as a Clinical Supervisor for Child and Family Developmental Services at Southcentral Foundation since July 2022. With extensive experience in various roles such as Coordinating Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Anchorage School District and Director of Complex Behavior Collaborative at the University of Alaska Center for Human Development, Anne has demonstrated a commitment to supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in both educational and community settings. Anne's background also includes founding Independent Care Coordination, leading vocational services at Oregon Community Support, and developing innovative transition programs for young adults with complex support needs. Anne holds a Master of Science in Special Education with a focus on Developmental Disabilities from the University of Oregon, along with additional certifications in educational leadership and applied behavior analysis.
