Dawson Hoover

Dawson Hoover has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Advisor at Southcentral Foundation since September 2015, with a progressive career in various roles within the organization. Prior to this, Dawson held multiple positions at Coastal Villages Region Fund from January 2006 to April 2015, including Communications and Community Benefits Manager and Project Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Grants and Contracts Compliance Technician at the Association of Village Council Presidents and an Accounting Clerk position at Lower Kuskokwim School District. Dawson began a career with a summer internship at IBM in 1999. Academic qualifications include a BA in Rural Development from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a high school diploma from Akula Elitnaurvik.
