Katie Jacques Dpt

Katie Jacques DPT, OCS is a highly experienced physical therapist currently serving as a Commander with the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service since January 2018 and as the SCF Clinical Director of Rehabilitation Services at Southcentral Foundation since March 2015. Previous roles include Lieutenant in the Commissioned Corps from November 2012 to December 2015, and physical therapist positions at Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Inc., South Shore Hospital, and other healthcare facilities. Katie Jacques holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University, as well as a certified program in Allied Health Administration from the University of Montana.
