Krista Phillips

Krista Phillips, FAIA, NCARB, serves as the Director of Facility Planning at Southcentral Foundation since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Federal Project Manager at Michael Baker International and Managing Architect for Planning and Capital Construction at Portland Community College. Krista has also held supervisory and managerial positions in planning and design at Anchorage School District and has a legacy as Principal Architect at RIM Architects. Additional project management experience spans positions at ECI Hyer and early career design roles at various architectural firms. Academically, Krista holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Architecture in History/Theory from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Kentucky.
