Clare Roberts

Clare Roberts is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple regions. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources & Development Director for Asia Pacific and Europe & India at Southco, Inc. since June 2018, Clare previously held the position of Regional HR Director Asia Pacific at De'Longhi, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for eight subsidiaries and two manufacturing facilities in China. Earlier roles also include Director of Human Resources for North & East Europe at Kenwood Limited and Human Resources Director at Natures Way Foods, among others. Clare holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from De Montfort University, completed in 1987.
