Barbara Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Barbara is currently employed as the Director of Organizational Culture and Engagement at Southcoast Health since April 2019. Prior to this, Barbara worked at Realogy Holdings Corp. from November 2015 to March 2019 as the Vice President of National Field Programs and ICR. In this role, they successfully led various change management initiatives, revitalized the NRT Diversity & Inclusion program, and managed a team of licensing professionals.
