Barbara Schmidt

Barbara Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Barbara is currently employed as the Director of Organizational Culture and Engagement at Southcoast Health since April 2019. Prior to this, Barbara worked at Realogy Holdings Corp. from November 2015 to March 2019 as the Vice President of National Field Programs and ICR. In this role, they successfully led various change management initiatives, revitalized the NRT Diversity & Inclusion program, and managed a team of licensing professionals. Before joining Realogy Holdings Corp., Barbara held the position of Vice President at Realogy/Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate from October 2014 to November 2015. Barbara also served as the President of Realogy/Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA Camp Hill, PA from November 1999 to October 2014, and as the Branch Sales Manager at O'Conor, Piper & Flynn Realtor ERA from May 1993 to December 1999.

Barbara Schmidt attended Syracuse University School of Education from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
