Chris Skeehan has extensive work experience in the field of orthopedic surgery, particularly in hip and knee adult reconstruction. Chris is currently employed at Southcoast Health as a Hip and Knee Surgeon and the Medical Director of the Total Joints Center. Prior to this, they worked as a Fellow in Adult Reconstruction at NYU Langone Health. Chris also served in the US Navy as an Orthopedic Surgeon and completed their residency in Orthopaedic Surgery during their time there. In the future, they will be joining the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons as a Postdoctoral Fellow.
Chris Skeehan completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Rochester from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from New York Medical College from 2006 to 2010, specializing in Medicine.
