Nitesh Sood MD worked at Southcoast Health from 2013 onwards. Nitesh held various roles during their time there, including Director of the Atrial Fibrillation Wellness Program starting in July 2017, and Cardiac Electrophysiologist starting in August 2013. Nitesh also briefly served as a Cardiac Electrophysiologist in the same company in August 2013.

Nitesh Sood MD completed their residency in Internal Medicine from 2006 to 2012 at The University of Connecticut Health Center. Afterwards, they pursued a Cardiac Electrophysiology residency program at Lahey Clinic, Tufts University School of Medicine from 2012 to 2013. Nitesh has additional certifications in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
