Francis Slingsby

Francis Slingsby has a diverse work experience over the years. Francis worked as a lawyer at Simmons & Simmons from 2007 to 2009. Francis then worked as a Business Developer at 40 South Energy before joining Orsted in 2010. At Orsted, they held various roles, including Project Developer, Head of Commercial Management in UK Project Development, Head of Asset Performance and Partnerships in Wind Power, Senior Portfolio Asset Manager, Head of Strategic Partnerships in US Offshore, and Head of Commercial and Business Development in US Offshore. Francis left Orsted in 2022 for a non-compete period before becoming the Chief Executive Officer of SouthCoast Wind in October 2022.

From 2001 to 2005, Francis Slingsby attended the University of Oxford, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages.
