Charissa Strope is an experienced Behavioral Health Clinician currently employed at SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium since May 2016. Previously, Charissa held positions as a Behavioral Health Clinician at Sitka Counseling & Prevention from October 2014 to April 2016, and as a Volunteer Counselor at Catholic Charities Counseling in 2014, providing counseling services to adults and seniors. Charissa also volunteered as a counselor for the Senior Retirement Project, focusing on in-home support for seniors. Charissa earned a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Whitworth University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the same institution, with additional studies at Gonzaga University.
