Cody Skilling

Cody Skilling began their work experience in 2014 as an Administrative Intern at CHI St. Joseph's Health. During this time, they analyzed market share data, researched provider market share distribution, and presented patient satisfaction data analytics. In 2015, they joined Benefis Health System as a Clinic Manager, where they managed a Family Medicine clinic, a Registry/Float staff, and implemented a Palliative care program. Cody focused on improving patient access, satisfaction, quality indicators, and employee satisfaction. Most recently, in 2018, they became a Clinic Administrator at SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC). No end date is provided for this role.

Cody Skilling obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Concordia College, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Williston State College for a year, studying Business Administration and Management, General, before transferring to Concordia College.
