Joe Bedard serves as the Enterprise Infrastructure Architect at SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) since January 2022 and has been the Board President of Perseverance Theatre since 2017. Previously, Joe held roles such as Information Technology Infrastructure Manager and Senior Systems Administrator at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) from October 2013 to January 2022. Prior to that, Joe was Manager of IT Operations at Southcentral Foundation from June 2011 to October 2013, and served as Systems Architect at Chenega Corporation from 2007 to 2011, focusing on systems infrastructure design and support. Joe's career also includes experience as a Systems Administrator at ASRC from 2002 to 2007, specializing in server configuration and UNIX support for Oracle 11i ERP. Education was completed at Dimond High School from 1989 to 1992.
