Todd Dokey

Todd Dokey has a diverse work experience in various roles related to database administration, IT security consulting, technical operations, and business analysis. Todd started their career in 1996 as a Data Systems Consultant, where they built and maintained PCs, networking infrastructure, and implemented solutions to improve database software. Todd then worked as a Business Data Analyst at Inreach Internet LLC, managing SQL servers and improving business procedures.

From 2001 to 2004, Todd served as a Database Administrator at The Record, where they managed SQL clustered servers and developed server-side tools. Todd also provided data support to the staff and management.

Todd then joined Kaiser Permanente MSCC as a Senior Business Analyst from 2004 to 2006. In this role, they analyzed call center metrics, automated processes using Excel and Crystal reports, and created Pareto charts.

In 2006, Todd worked as a Consultant, specializing in technical operations. Todd constructed Linux-based network penetration servers, implemented VoIP and streaming content servers, and developed automated web-based charting and reporting solutions.

From 2006 to 2008, Todd worked as a LAMP/SQL DBA at Robert Half Technology, where they handled various database administration tasks.

Todd then joined Save Mart Supermarkets as a Technical Lead/DBA from 2007 to 2008. Todd led a Novell Teaming & Conferencing Beta Project and built Linux servers. Todd also developed automated web-based charting and reporting solutions using multiple technologies.

Following that, Todd worked as an IT INFOSEC Consultant at San Joanquin RTD from 2008 to 2009. Todd conducted IAM/IEM audits, reviewed forensic data, and ensured network and server security.

Currently, Todd is serving as a Database Administrator at Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) since 2009.

Todd Dokey attended San Joaquin Delta College from 1977 to 1979, where they studied Music, Performing Arts, and Broadcasting. From 1988 to 1989, they attended the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, focusing on Physics and Astrophysics. Lastly, from 2000 to 2008, they studied Intelligence at the American Military University.
