Chad Hulette

Chad Hulette, MBA, has extensive work experience in the finance and construction industries. Chad currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Commercial Lending at SouthEast Bank since June 2021. Prior to this role, Chad worked at U.S. Bank for nearly a decade, serving as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist from July 2012 to June 2021. Chad also worked at First Tennessee Bank as a Credit Analyst from September 2010 to July 2012.

Before transitioning into the finance field, Chad held several roles in the construction industry. Chad worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing at VanHooseCo from August 2008 to September 2010. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Tennessee National LLC from August 2004 to July 2008, overseeing a large-scale residential development project, marina design and permitting, and the construction of a Greg Norman-designed golf course.

Chad's construction career began at Highland Golf, an international golf course construction company, where they worked as a Supervisor from June 1998 to July 2004. During their time there, they contributed to the construction of various prestigious golf courses across different locations, collaborating with renowned golf course architecture firms such as Brian Silva Design, Hurdzan/Fry Design, Greg Norman Golf Course Design, Tom Fazio, Tom Jackson, and Arnold Palmer Design Company.
