Angela Bamber

Angela Bamber is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Southeast Colorado Power Assn. Angela has held this position since October 2016. Prior to that, they were the STEM Grant Director at Otero Junior College from July 2014 to October 2016. Before that, they were an HR Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from October 2012 to May 2014. Angela also worked as an Assistant Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from April 2005 to June 2012. Angela Bamber began their career in August 1999 as an Executive Team Leader at Target, where they worked until December 2004.

Angela Bamber completed their undergraduate degree at Colorado Mesa University, where they studied business administration and management. Angela then went on to complete their MBA at the same school.
