Matthew Thompson

Matthew Thompson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Matthew began their career as a Design Engineer and later became a Material Standards Engineer at AGL Resources from 2012 to 2015. Matthew then joined Southern Company Gas as a Construction Superintendent. Matthew worked there from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they joined Kinder Morgan, Inc. as an Operations Manager in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Southeast Connections LLC, a role they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

Matthew Thompson attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Auburn University.
