Martin Adam Eilers has over 16 years of work experience in various roles related to risk management, project management, and construction. Martin Adam is currently serving as the Risk & Project Management Director at Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority East since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) for 10 years, where they held positions such as Department Manager, Special Projects Manager, and Project Manager. Martin Adam began their career at Atkins as a Construction Manager and worked there for 6 years.

Martin Adam Eilers earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, where they completed their education in 2007.
